Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective wrappings are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
